Paint the Mall Purple

MBD joins CFC Loud ‘N Clear Foundation at Freehold Mall for the second year in a row to celebrate and raise awareness about recovery, substance use and mental health services at their free community event, “Paint the Mall Purple”.

NJ PRIDE Festival
Date: June 4th
Location: Asbury Park, NJ
Time: 11-6
The Asbury Park PRIDE parade is the largest, and oldest (31 years!!!), LGBTQ+ Pride Festival in New Jersey. MBD will be promoting affirmative mental health services for adolescents and adults of LGBTQ community, along with games, freebies and an interactive mental health board “Dare to Heal”.

Freehold School District Wide Wellness Event
Date: June 7th
Location: Freehold, NJ
Time: 6pm-8pm
The Freehold School District is hosting their first annual wellness event and invited MBD therapists to speak about anxiety and stress among teachers and students. We’ll be giving out resources for faculty, staff, teachers, students and families.

Brain Health & Community Fair
Date: June 10th
Location: Lincoln Park Jersey City, NJ
Time: 10-2
MBD is joining the Act Now Foundation & Hudson County Department of Health and Human Services for their day long event focused on the importance of brain health. The event will include: Brain Games, Workshops & Services, Resources, Substance Abuse & Mental Health Information , 75+ Health & Human Services Vendors & Giveaways
