As out-of-network providers, we work with our clients to ensure that any potential out-of-network benefits are accessible to you. To assist in this, our client coordinator will help you in determining your out-of-network benefits and will submit to your insurance on your behalf for potential reimbursement. During that first call, we’ll ask you a bit about yourself, what you’re looking to gain from therapy and see if, and how we could help you. We’ll tell you a bit about our practice, our values and our approach. If you feel like we’re a good fit, we’ll go ahead and schedule your appointment with our online therapist. If it doesn’t seem to be a good fit, we’ll make sure to provide you with contacts and referrals of a more suitable therapist.

Yes, you can switch therapists to another provider within the practice, or we can provide you a referral if preferred. Currently, we serve clients in New Jersey and are expanding to other states as telehealth laws evolve. While telehealth offers the convenience of attending sessions from anywhere, state laws require clients to be in-state during their session.
